Jennie Bledsoe

Nikou Lohse

Part I: Nikou Lohse's story in life and in business is one of resilience. She is a vibrant fitness entrepreneur, holistic health motivator and new mother who has overcome injury and loss. In Part I of this Featured Guest episode, she talks to Right On, Girl about how her passion for pilates/yoga and her latest venture,Elev8ted Tribe, developed out of dark times.

Part II: Diving in deeper with Nikou Lohse, we discuss her most challenging life experiences from making the tough choice to become an emancipated minor at 15 years old, dealing with mental health issues within her family, losing her dad to cancer during her senior year of college and starting her career (and her own sales company) amid grief and a national financial crisis. Nikou acknowledges the people who helped her to overcome difficult times and shares how today she is grateful for what she considers to be her greatest accomplishment–being a mother.

She pulls back the curtain on personal life experiences that inspired some of the topics in her latest book which focuses on fun things to do at home during the COVID-19 pandemic.
